Paras Healthcare IPO opens Oct 21, sets price band at 660-693 per share

“Paras Healthcare has fixed the IPO price band at Rs 660-693 per share for its Rs 1,450 crore issue, which opens on October 21. The offering includes a fresh issue of Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale worth Rs 950 crore. Proceeds will be used mainly to repay borrowings.”
